Food – How To Make Flat Bread. Trinidad Style.

I am not from the Caribbean; my husband is. When we went there in 2004 my mother-in-law showed me how to make flat bread. Well she showed me how to make buss-up-shot and we keep it in bread form. I recorded it for my friends; this is an amatuer recording and cannot be used without permission or without giving proper credit. It is in “pieces” because I am a beginner and I do not know how to put it all together. But it may work out well for you all because then you can just start a video when you are ready to go to the next step instead of pausing.

Please, please enjoy this alone or with something curried. Ha, ha I am not your food boss but it is delicious with curried food šŸ™‚

Also, the amounts I used made four pieces of bread. I used (and all are approximates)
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 – 3/4 cup warm water

Love and hope,
Laurie
